Home Based Sessions
Strength and conditioning training is essential for everyone, not only athletes and studies has shown that lifting 2-4 times per week helps with creating optimal health and aids us to live a longer life with less injuries and frailty when we are older.
Lifting is for both men and woman and bulky is not what we are after and what you will get when you lift.
